When considering membership in a motorcycle club, like the US Military Vets M/C, it is important that you have a basic understanding of the philosophy and traditions of a motorcycle club (M/C). You should have basic knowledge pertaining to how it is organized and what is to be expected as an accepted member in one.
There are many types of motorcycle organizations such as M/C's, M/A's, and R/C's. Having the understanding and knowledge related to the differences between the clubs, can lead you to the group that's right for you. The motorcycling community is subdivided into what are known as "sub-cultures" that if enterd into recklessly, or with the wrong intentions, can prove to be detrimental to all.
Motorcycle clubs(M/C's) are the pinnicale of the motorcycle community. They command respect for a number of reasons:
Recognizing that an entire club can be stigmatized by the inappropriate acts of a single person, new prospetive members generally go thru phases;
During these phases, you learn the protocols, and expectations of both the club and the M/C community. Loyalty and commitment to the club must be demonstrated before the probate can be awarded full colors and be considerd a member of the brotherhood.
The USMV M/C is a true three piece patch M/C and is recognized and respected by other M/C's both locally and nationally. We are a club of bikers, a band of brothers, and an association of veterans.
